Shipping is not free it depends on what type you choose at checkout like priority mail.No refunds or returns its explained a little bit more on our store policy page.If you are unhappy because you received the wrong jewelry product please contact us and we'll do something about it. Also you cannot get another product if the Quality of the item you ordered is not good or damaged. And you cannot cancel an order once it has shipped only before that time and we will let know when it has shipped and the day it'll arrive.
